WebFeb 11, 2013 · This mod replaces the default megaton house with a smaller one designed from scratch. All amenities and themes are supported. I made several textures to make the shack and each theme feel unique. It was a pain to work and fit all functionality in such small shack, but I think it was worth it! Thanks to VaiN for his rugs resource.

I'm not going to claim it's 100% impossible for items to disappear, though, because this is a Bethesda game and their games often have a wide array of bugs.
