Webtraining requirement is 3 weekly workouts: 45 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday, and a longer session on the weekend. If you are used to running longer or more days per week you can continue to do so, as long as you are recovering quickly. WebAn additional perk for Dopey runners is that 4 consecutive longer runs are not uncommon in the training plan. Week 15 has a 4 day consecutive schedule of 12 miles, 6 miles, 6 miles, and 16 miles.
