WebJan 12, 2024 · yes and no. A lot of people use a program called yolomouse. I basically just changes the default cursor to one of the available ones in the program. The problem I found with it is that it only changes the default cursor, and not when it changes to the merchant, red/green, disappears when using the rt-mouse button, etc. I found it very annoying.

WebI don't believe you can change it with the in game tools. However some members of the community use the program Yolomouse to change the size and color of the cursor on Guild Wars 2. It might be worth looking into that. I use it myself, although I used it to make it larger so I can actually find it during crazy world boss fights!
